In 4.º de 20x14,5 cm. Com [ii], 5 (i. é 6) págs. Brochado. Ilustrado na folha de rosto com um florão decorativo e na última folha com um florão de remate com os mesmos motivos que o da folha de rosto, sendo está última em tamanho reduzido.

Exemplar com a parte inferior da lombada descosida, o que faz com que os cadernos estejam parcialmente soltos. Tem numeração em letra coeva manuscrita, por folha, de 207 a 209, no canto superior esquerdo. Com uma gralha na paginação da última folha, em que repete o número 5.

Noticia sobre a ocorrência de um abalo sísmico, que durou oito minutos e que, entre outras, destruiu também parte da cidade de Tunes.

Constantina (em árabe: قسنطينة, Qusanṭīnah, também transcrito como Qasentina) é uma cidade argelina, capital da província homónima, do leste do país e a terceira cidade mais importante da Argélia, após Argel e Oran. Foi conquistada pelo imperador romano Constantino I, o qual lhe deu o nome atual.

Copy with the lower part of the spine unstitched, which causes the quires to be partially loose. It is numbered in cursive handwritten letters, per leaf, from 207 to 209, in the upper left corner. With a typo in the pagination of the last leaf, where number 5 is repeated.
