Ilustrado com 10 ampliações fotográficas a preto e branco de 12x17 cm., realizadas sobre papel de fibra fosco. Algumas apresentam um leve brilho metálico azulado nas zonas mais escuras.

1 - Vista do Canal Central da Ria de Aveiro com moliceiros atracados junto aos cais, ladeado por um caminho de terra com árvores à esquerda (Rua do Clube dos Galitos) de onde se tirou a foto, e com o Jardim do Rossio na outra margem. Ao fundo a Ponte da Dobadoura, com o seu antigo e apertado túnel de passagem, e casas. Legenda: «Aveiro».

2 - Vista do Canal Central da Ria de Aveiro junto a um cais, com vários moliceiros atracados e um em circulação, com dois homens a bordo. A Ria de Aveiro é uma laguna que existe na região de Aveiro, entre Ovar e Mira. Trata-se de uma lagoa costeira de baixa profundidade e extensas zonas entre marés, estendendo-se no interior do território português, paralelamente ao Oceano Atlântico, ao longo de 45 quilómetros de comprimento e com uma largura máxima de 11 quilómetros. A sua área percorre os distritos de Aveiro e Coimbra.

The Ria de Aveiro is a lagoon in the Aveiro region, between Ovar and Mira. It is a coastal lagoon with shallow depths and extensive intertidal zones, extending inland into Portuguese territory, parallel to the Atlantic Ocean, along 45 kilometres in length and with a maximum width of 11 kilometres. Its area runs through the districts of Aveiro and Coimbra.
